Read: Exodus 31:1-11

Scripture tells us that the creative Creator God made us in his image.  In part, this means he has given us his creative bent so we can imitate his creativity in the world.

Every kid loves to draw.  No kid when given paper and crayons refuses them and says, "no, I can't draw."  Somewhere along the way, we come to believe that we are not creative.

Do you need to recover your God given creativity?

Write
Think about your faith story: remember the times when you have been most creative. How did you express that creativity?

Presently, where in your life do you express your creativity?  In what ways you can recover and grow your creativity?

Who do you know needs to recover their creativity?

Pray
What is God saying to you today? What's Good News to you?

Talk to God about the creative gifts he has given you.  Thank God for the world he created for your to live in, and the ways he invites you to express your own creativity in it.

Pray about the ways you express you creativity.  Ask God for the wisdom and support to grow your creativity, and to live more creativity to bless others.

Pray for your friend who needs to recover their creativity.  Pray for the wisdom and opportunity to come along side them and allow God's Spirit to inspire you to create.

Pray for an experience of God's love, grace and mercy in the way he surrounds you with his creativity, and the way he invites you to live creatively and expressively to bless others.
